Rubbing noise over speed bumps

When i go over speed bumps at a slower than normal speed (like, 3 MPH lol) and the truck bounces up with the bump (versus letting the suspension do the work) i head a rubbery sound from my front wheels... my assumption would be the control arm bushings, but i could be wrong.... anyone have any clue what it would be? and if it IS the control arm bushings, how much to replace em?

Mine is doing this too!

I was thinking it was the bushings or maybe the sway bar.

In any case, I will be watching for other members input on this.
