How high do you want to go, how are you going to use your truck, and how much money do you have to spend?

I would recommend the 6 inch Fabtech lift or 5 inch RCD lift. I think they make the two best lifts for 97-03's , 4x4's and 4x2's.

bigtruck311 - Where did you get your Pro Comp add a leaf? And did you have to trim it to get to fit?

So far so good...

So far I love my Rancho 4" kit on my 2004 Lariat 4x4. The guys at Les Schwab said they thought the Fabtech 6" was the best kit on the market. After they installed my Rancho (their 1st on the new F1-----------------------------7d52eed2f06e2

After they installed my Rancho (their 1st on the new F150) they stated they were very impressed. The kit was solid and everything fit well. The truck rides as smooth as it did stock.

no trimming went right in cant remember were on the leaf pack but i think it was the second to last at the bottom, easy 2" lift for the rear to go along with my 4" blocks

I have the 6" fabtech lift. the lift itself is great and i put it in myself with no problems. saved a bit of money too. however i have had some problems with the shocks, if you get thier kit get some other shocks....
