Front End Help

Ok today i got my tires put on my truck and asked the guy to do an alignment because i cranked the torsion bars up(four turns). I went to pick it up and the guy tells me that both the lower ball joints the right tie rod, and the right lower control arm need to be replaced, $350 worth of parts and 375 worth of labor . My question is this the cause of my torsion bar crank because i did it just two days ago and put maybe 150 miles on it since the crank. Also how hard is it to replace this my self, ive re did the front end on my quad which is similar to a truck i think any help would be appreciated thanks

Cranking up the torsion bars didn't cause the problem, it was already there.
