i have a '97 f150 4x4, had lower ball joints and pittman arm replaced last year ( 10,000) mi. ago. now i notice when turning that there is an intermittent "rough" area somewhere in the system. when turning left and right i can feel areas where the steering effort increases or becomes tight, then normal then tight etc. the power steering pump is full and not making noise, any ideas???
