6" Kit for 97 2wd
6" Kit for 97 2wd
Hello,
I recently purchased a '97 2wd 5spd 150 standard cab, and want to lift it, put 35" tires on it, along with a high air intake and dual exhaust. I need to start saving now, and I would like to know what all I need, and a ballpark figure to get it. Right now the truck is stock. All I've done is add a new CD player. So, I want to put 35" tires on it and was thinking maybe 4" blocks and 3" suspension? I dont have any idea really what I am doing or looking for. I am typically a good mechanic and if I have instructions I can figure things out quiet easily. If anyone has any advice/instructions I'd really appreciate that. Thanks

Just purchase a quality kit like the Fabtech and you should be good to go. Shop around locally and online for the best price. As far as installation cost, it varies so shop around locally for that too. Sometimes a local place can give you a good deal if you buy the kit from them and let them do the installation also.
