Leveling f150 supercrew
Is your Screw a 4x4 or a 4x2. If it is a 4x2, you can level the front end with lift coils, coil spring spacers or lift spindles. If it is a 4x4, you can simply crank up the torsion bars to level your truck.

Daystar coil spring spacers would be the least expensive. Next up would be lift springs and spindles would be the most expensive. However they will give you 3.5 inches of lift where the others will only give you about 2 inches.
i have the same vehicle and so far what i've seen for the 2wd is 2" lowering shackles for the rear springs. it will even things out with the front some and cost about $50-60. i plan this since lowering the front will prevent me from crawling underneath.
I lowered my 2001 4x2 supercrew by using 2" lowering shackles from BellTech on the rear - it brought the front and back to withing a half inch of each other. I bought them for 49 + shipping. Ended up being about $58 bucks.
I also lowered the front, afterwards. I decided I liked just a little rake, plus eventually I'm going to put a hard tonneau on, and I didn't want the extra weight to make it higher in the front. To lower the front, I bought a pair of SVT coils off of ebay for $42, which lowered the front end 3/4 inch. I now have exactly one inch of rake from front to back, and I figure I'll be just a tad over level once I find a tonneau.
Good luck!
