Quick Help: lowering 2004 2wd
I'm a new poster....love the site.
I have an '04 supercab 2wd. Red, I love it...yadayada.
Okay I want to lower it some and to take the gap out of the fenderwells. Tired of hearing "is that a four wheel drive?"
Found a kit from Ground Force (part number 9933) which is coils, flipkit, and shocks. 2" F ,5" R $658.90 delivered (Summitt Racing)
Anybody have any experience with this or anyother slamming of an '04. Also, will I be okay with a flipkit without a C-notch? I've had trucks that bottom out before and it SUCKS big time. Probably going to put some 275/60/R17's on it like the '93-95 L's had. The stock wheels don't look too bad to me and I think it would look major cool if I would stop the "Donkey Kicking"
Also the 1714 Superchips Programmer is awesome. It pulls hard all the way to 120. Has 3.73's with limited slip and I love it.
Any help would be great. THANKS!
