Keepin in mind that have a brush guard on my truck that i really luv, and I want to get some lift, does anybody know if these add a leafs (about 2.5") are worth it?

I want to get bigger tires and a little bit of a lift, but i have my brush guard and dont want to take it off or modify the brackets....

Does anybody have any suggestions??
