Unhappy Rubbing sound when turning lowspeeds.

Ok so first off the right sway bar is missing.. I know i know get it replaced. but I dont think the problem I am having is caused by that.. Ok between the speeds of 0-25 if I have the wheels turned more than 1/4 a direction I can hear what sounds to be tires rubbing on the inside of the wheel well.. But I can also feel the vibration throughout the vehicle and most defently in the steering.. vehicle is not in 4x4.. tires are the tallest BFG all terrains you can throw on stock rims with no lift. Sry I dont know the size. mileage is 69k and I have lifted her up and shook the front wheels to inspect for dead ball joints.. the wheels have no in/out slob.. Also no signs of rubbing, no marks no touching of anything when i have someone fully turn the wheel and im under it. I had one mechanicly inclided person take a look and thought maybe the CV boots were dry???? and to use an injection needle for with a grease gun nipple fitting and re lube them?. but there is no signs of the boots being damaged or grease being slung around underneath.. They just dont go dry, do they??

I am second owner.. I got her at 56k and I have not done any mods beyond the new tires.. just started the rubbing thing around 65k

tires seem to have *cupping* wear of the in and out sides of the tires.. Shox could be toast and causeing that..

At high speeds she does tend to go to the right. alignment??

but no vibration.. and no vibration when turning at higher speeds..

Check out the ball joints, too. Definitely have her aligned, and that ain't cheap, because we have the non-adjustable camber castor deals, and they have to replace `em.
