Trail Master suspension lift

My buddy has a 4" Trail Master lift that he took off of his ex-girlfriend's 2000 Expedition 4WD with the 5.4L and 4R70W trans. My question is, will this lift (at least the front suspension components) fit my 2002 Super Crew F-150 with 5.4L and 4R70W? Anyone? He's offering me a great deal on it, and I wanna know. Thanks in advance for your help.

I think the front components are the same. Contact Trailmaster to make sure.
