2"4" drop clearance question

I have a 1997 f150 4x2 with 20x9" rims with 275/55/20 tires. Will this combo fit with a 2/4 drop?

It depends on the backspacing.

If you can it will be very close. I have a 3/4 drop and 20's won't clear without cutting out fender wells or rubbing. Hope that gives you a better idea.
