Truck leans to left- CND

Ok, this is a 2000 F150 4.6 Extcab 2wd.
Over the last two years the truck has developed a lean to the drivers side. It sits 1.25 in lower (frame and body) on the left in front and back. Fuel level does not affect it. It never was off road, was never in an accident. The dealer has replaced the front coil and rear leaf springs and checked the suspension. New shocks are installed. It still leans. The dealer said that's all he can do with the EXP warranty and recommended going to a body $hop for frame checks.
Money is tight without a job at the moment so low expense suggestions are welcomed. Getting my fat *** on a diet has already been brought up by my significant other.

Thanks

Fritz
