Bumpy ride

My 2003 F150 SuperCrew is very bouncy on bad highways since it was new. Would changing shocks help this? IF so, what shocks?

Welcome ! All of the "top of the line" aftermarket shocks are better than your factory shocks. Without changing the factory suspension, the GENERAL ride of your vehicle will never get better than it was new.
