Ok gonna get a 7.5" fabtech lift for my supercrew and crank the tbars would I be able to fit 37's? or would I also need a body lift and if I get a body lift could I get 38's or would that look funny?
i got a 6" lift and 3" body lift and for me to fit 38 i had to do alittle triming on the front of the fenders on the bottom plastic peice, it also depends on your wheel backspacing and the width of the tire mine is 14" i hope this helps
Oh shoot, I thought they did we have a 2wd ranger edge in the family and I thought the f150 would for sure have them. I dont own the truck yet so I didnt even have a chance to see I just read about it. Ok well then how about the 7.5 with a 2 bl I think that would fit 37s at least anyone have any pics of supercrews with that large of tires?
Go ahead and get the 3 inch body lift. 10.5 inches should be plenty to clear 37's. I've seen 4x4's with 9 inches of lift and 37's, which would be about the same as a 4x2 with 12 inches of lift , since a 4x4 is about 3 inches taller than a 4x2 to begin with.
Do you think 37's would be overkill I see everyone getting 35's and I think that maybe 37's would be overkill? I want the biggest yet best looking Screw so I dont know, my dad had one with only a 3" spindle lift and 33's and it looked wayyyy to punny some advice or pics would be great!
if you do all this and run 37" dont forget to re gear your rear end and if it is 4x4 you have to do doth axles this gets pricy too, with 37 you should probably go with 4.56 or 4.88 if you dont you will lose all your low end power just some advice and something else to keep in mind

Yes I know I will need to regear, I have been looking for pics of a supercrew with the 7.5" lift and have no avail...also want to see a supercrew with larger then 35" tires since thats what most have. If anyone has any such pics could you please post them it would greatly help my buying decision.
i will borrow my freinds digital camara this weekend my 03 supercrew fx4 has got more lift than that but it will give you an idea 6 inch fab lift 3 inch body rear add a leafs 2 inches more in the rear with the torsion bars cranked up to match i think i got like about 11 inches of lift but mine is a 4x4 so it already sat higher than your 2x4 its got 38 it will give you some idea
Update.... sold my stealth today so I have $4500 saved for my lift/tires/rims hope I can afford it. Also I wanted to know what is backspacing and also offset and how much of each do I want.
