I have a '01 4x4 Screw with 115k mi. I am about to replace the shocks. At the same time I would like to replace the rubber body mount bushings with some polyurethane ones.

1. Where do I get them?

2. Since I can't find anything regarding them in my Haynes Manual, how do ya rlace them?

3. What is the pain in the *** factor on changing them?
