2 of these shocks on my truck do not go above the 2 setting they go back to 1 easy the other 2 work just fine.any ideas what to do. thanks, doug

 

On my last truck, they all twisted fine for 4 years. They have a lifetime warranty for the original owner. I would have them exchanged.

Yeah trash all four and buy Bilstiens

 

Um.. something's wrong here. Just run them for another 4 years then say they're defective (which they certainly seem to be) and get brand new ones at no cost LOL. Setting of 2 would be about comparable to the bouncing of stock shocks. (Mom n pops' Caddy ride )
