coil springs same? (V6, V8, L)

Wondering if anyone knows the differences (if there are any) in the coil springs that are used in 8cyl trucks vs 6cyl trucks (97-03).

I know that the Lightning ones are of course a bit stiffer, but I do not know if there are any other differences?

Anyone have a clue about this?

They would even be different on vehicles equipped with air conditioning, tow package, etc. etc.
