Torsion bar front end level stuff

I have an 02 F-150 4x4 with the 5.4L. I would really like to level the front end out just using the torsion bars. How many turns tighter to I put the torsion bars in order to level the truck out... oh and what else needs to be done after this is accomplished (front end alignment or anything like that)?
Thanks

How many turns it takes to level the truck just depends. It seems some trucks are set different than others. Just mark the adjustment bolts and turn them one complete turn at the time untill you reach the ride height you desire. Also, you will need to get your front end aligned after you finish.

Front end leveling

speaking of that, i still dont knowt he specific steps to doing this. such as...where is the proper place to jack the truck up?
...are you talking about the large bolts up front that the torsion bars are close to?
...i know i sound stupid, but maybe a picture and a detailed instruction would help. i just dont want to mess anything up. if you could do this...i would be much appreciated. thanks a bunch!
