My Roush Stage 1 is a little over 3 years old, and it's developed a squeak, or creaking sound, from the left rear leaf spring. It sounds like an old jalopy; it's embarrassing!

Any ideas what this could be? I've tried putting spraying lithium grease on the bushings and between the leafs, but that only lasted a couple of weeks.
