Doetsch vs. Toxic Shocks
Looking to replace shocks on my Expedition which is lowered 2". Currently, I have Belltech Nitro-active but have gone through two sets in less than two years. And yes, the shocks are for a 2" dropped Expy. How are Doetsch and/or Toxic Shock? Anyone with experience with these shocks? I'd like to hear your opinions.
Thanks,
John

For my 3/3 lowering with weak/worn stock rear leaf springs, I've tried Bilstiens (used), Doestch Nitro Active (new), Bell tech Nitro Active (new), and Toxic shocks (new).
Doestch Nitro Active were the best.
Bell tech Nitro Active was second best.
Bilstiens and toxic shocks were the worst of all worlds, they were both harsh when you needed them soft and soft when you needed them firm. Bottomed out in the back too much with either shock. Note: Bilstiens did have 30K miles of use on them.
