brush guard ?
I do. Look in my gallery for them. They are not the best pictures because the sun was reflecting right off the hood so I couldn't get a real "head on" shot. I got a guy I do business with to have his shop modify the brackets so they'd fit (cut and reweld, milled a slot). I did have alot of trouble centering it up before I realized that my front bumper wasn't centered, so make sure you check that. Other than that it went on pretty good.

hey it looks good, you have a body lift in that as well can u add a more detailed pic of were its mounts to the frame . and did u cut the frame rails even with the front bumper mounts i did so i dident have to cut the front valence hope u can post a new pic let me know thanks tony
Tony, I'll post some better pics, but it may be a few days. I have to get the digital camera from work (I don't have one yet
) and gotta wait for the rain to stop!
I didn't do any framerail cutting, but I didn't put the lower piece of the valence back on. In fact, with my guard there's no way for it to fit, unless you cut it into thirds. Again, I'll try to post better pics soon. Thanks,
Mike

Tony, I have an Expy that is similar to the F-150 front end. See my gallery for the pics with the brushguard. I have a 3 inch PA body lift plus a modified/custom 6 inch Rancho lift. I had to cut the old attachment points off of the guard and weld new custom brackets onto it. It took a full day to get right, but it fits perfect. I recommend you find a 4x4 shop with a good welder/fabricator and they could do this for you in half a day. Let us know what you do.

Tony, I added a couple pictures of the brackets but they really don't show much. It's tough to show through pictures how the brushguard fits up. Like Schreiberclan said, I think your best bet will be to find a decent fab shop that can modify or build you new ones. Buy the guard you want and then see what changes you'd have to make to the bracket to make them work. Take your ideas and the guard to a shop and run them by the machinist. A good machinist can certainly get it done for you.
