Question Bilstein Shock Opinions?

Does anyone have any opinions on Bilstein Shocks? I'm thinking about buying a set of these. Thanks in advance.

I put them on the 01 I had and really liked them. Would not hesitate to buy again.

If you have stock height 4x4 then I would seriously consider the Edelbrock IAS shock over the Bilsteins. I ran the IAS shocks prior to lifting my truck and they are the best shock I have ever used in over twenty years of modifying trucks. I am currently running the Bilsteins so I can say it without reservation that the Edelbrocks are a better shock overall.

I've had my Bilsteins on for about 9 months. The fronts were easy, rears were a little fun to install - though you'll have fun with ANY shock.

I have no complaints except that I don't understand why Ford didn't use them in the first place! I'd buy them again in a heartbeat, but seeing how they are guaranteed for life I don't think I'll be buying a set for this truck for a LONG time.

Bilstiens came with my Roush Stage 1, and I love 'em. I had Edelbrocks on my '97 4x4 Yukon, and 2 of the 4 shocks blew seals within 15k miles. I'll never touch Edelbrock again.

Probably weighing in a little late, but as that I just installed a set of Bilsteins on my 2000, I thought I'd send a shout out that I can't say enough great stuff about the change in the ride. The local Off Road shop here suggested them over many others as that Bilstein designs the shocks for the specific type of vehicle, unlike Rancho's, Fabtech, Pro-Comp, etc.
