Need Suggestions!

HI,

I have a 00 f150 , 5.4 extended cab
I want to put a body lift on it...and I want to know what I need.
What is the most popular type of body lift?
What is the standard size tires and rims for a 2 or 3 inch body lift?
I just have stock rims and tires ..will it be okay to leave them on there with a lift?

and what is the Cons of a body lift?

Anyone have pix of a 3 inch body lift?
Thanx..I would greatly appreciate it.

Go to the galleries and do a search for "Wandell". I have the 3 inch Performace Accessories lift. It is the most complete kit on the market. It includes everything you need including front and rear bumper relocation brackets. Also, get a set of their "Gap Guards". They will cover up the gap in the wheelwells that the body lift creates. Your stock tires will work with a body lift, but how they will look depends on what size you have now. You can fit up to a 315/75-16 (35x12.50) on a 16x10 inch wheel. But 33's(285/75-16 or 305/70-16) or 34's(295/75-16) look good also. The only con to a body lift is that you are limited to three inches of lift.

No, this is my third truck with a body lift and I've never had a problem.
