sqeaking noise

Hey all,
I need some help on this one. I have had my 97 2wd f150 since may. I put a 3 inch body lift on it about a month and a half ago. I put larger tires on about 3 weeks ago. I went from 255 to 285. I just came in from making a run to town and noticed that the front driverside was sqeaking a lot. Not only when I turned but as I was driving down the road. This is the first problem I have had. Also it is about 0 degrees here too if that matters. What could be the problem? Shocks?

Thanks, please reply with some helpful tips
