sway bar end links?
End links are typically sold by length, not diameter. Sway bar bushings are sold by sway bar diameter. Just measure your current end links and buy some Energy Suspension ones of the same length. They should cost you around $15.
Get the kit from Energy Suspension.
I finally put mine on this weekend, and it made a big difference.
The kit contains new bushings for the sway bar, and all new end links with bushings.
My factory install had hardly any compression on the busing ( still in the box shape ) on the end links, and the ones on the bar had all sorts of chaffing marks around them. The factory bolts seem to be threaded to barely allow for the busines to make contact, rather then to hold in place with a bit of compression.
The diameter of the 2WD bolt is M10-1.5 coarse thread bolt. ( using a ISO metris screw checker ). Maybe you could use this to get just the bushings from Energy Susension. They sell busings alone if you want just them.
The kit number for the 2WD is enegry Suspension part number 4.5147G.
Save the trouble of messing with just new end link bushings and ge tthe kit. Took all of 45 min to install ( tight fit to the garage door, I was having to slide out to change by body direction to get at the each end link ) to install, and well worth it ost wise ( think it was ~ 50.00 or so ).
I got a new set of end links for the helwig anti sway bar to put on yet, but that will wait until later, as they are still in not too bad shape.
Good luck either way you go.

I will have to look up the part number tonight.
Autozone carries them but they are not in their little fancy computer. THe guy actually has to open the printed catalog to find the part number
. Looks like you just got a lazy attendent.
They are under $8 each. Buy both right away. I was too cheap and bought one. Then a few months later the other one snapped.

end link
I just replaced both of my swaybar end links on my 1998 F150 4x4. One side was broke and making a loud thumping noise everytime I turned the wheel. I bought mine at autozone, they were $18.00 each and took about 30min to install. Autozone is a joke sometimes......theres new people there all the time and some dont know SH_IT about cars/trucks ect....lol

The complete front sway bar kit for a 1997-2001 4WD F-150 is 26.99 ( boy was I off ).
It is 2 different part numbers depending on if you have the 25mm or 27mm front sway bar. Go figure the 2WD is a 29mm front sway bar. You'd think that woudl be the other way around ???
Summit racing has the 4.5154G in stock ship today and the 4.5172G does not show in the system at Summit.
