Question Front End Level

I have an '03 F150 Supercrew...the front end rides significantly lower than the back. Can I simply "crank-up" the torsion bars to level it? If so, how do I do this?

Torsion bars are only on 4x4 models, if you have a 2wd you can't do this. To crank the torsion bars simply follow the bar coming out of the lower a-arm back to the crossmember. There will be a bolt under each one. Jack up the front of the truck and then tighten that bolt some to raise the front end up. Each truck is different so you'll just have to play with it till you get it adjusted right. If its a 2wd you'll have to buy a leveling kit or coil spacers, but theres nothing you can do for free to level the truck.
