Hellwig Installed!! (mad props2 hellwiig cust. serv)

all done!!! what a difference! The install went OK AFTER i called Hellwig... I must say that their customer service is awesome!!! I was having a prob with the directions and some of the parts were not included in the box.. So, after i was told that the instructions I had were not accurate, customer service explained what i needed to do, and said they would mail me the parts! I was very impressed with how I was treated by Hellwig!!... It was no problem after that... I probably should have done the install before I went on my Mountain bike ride... But working in the Garage at night is always fun too!

I posted this messsage on another site too... Very pleased with Hellwig!!

They do have great customer service. They're instructions stink. If they paid attention to what was in the box and worked 10 minutes on their instructions, you wouldn't need customer serviced so much.

Glad they got you sorted out. Seems like they haven't changed for the better since I bought one of their rear sway bars back in '98. Still lousy instructions and not enough parts. I wonder if they're shorting people parts intentionally.

Interesting that you say you get too few parts...

I recently added my hellwig anti-sway bar within the last two weeks..

instructions were so confusing, i paid a mechanic $65 to put it on for me (got the part for $140)... so all in all about $200 or so

It's very impressive.. but the fun part is..

I received TOO MANY parts.. thats right, EXTRA parts...

lol to you who have receivd too few, they must have sent the extra to me

I just did one on another guys truck and the directions still suck, but after having already done one it was relatively simple install.
