Squeaky rear leaf springs/suspension

Anybody got any advice on how to correct this problem? It's a 1999 F150 4x4. The squeak seems to be coming from the leaf springs every time I hit a bump. Do I just grease everything in sight back there? Thanks in advance.

More that likely its 1 or more of the teflon spacers that are placed between the leafs. They are round and are at the ends of the leaf springs. Hope that you get it fixed. I hate a squeak!

Mine does the same thing! The teflon disks are my problem to, if you want a quick fix i squirted some ATF fluid on mine and would fix it for a couple of weeks. Helps keep your sanity until you can fix it right. Just put it on the end of your springs.

I had that problem, and instead of adding teflon or neoprene bushings and spacers, I just tightened the U-clamp around the axle and the squeek went away.

I have a squeak in the rear but it's coming from the front bushings in the springs , I found if I spray around them it will stop for a couple of weeks.
