I think I have a problem with my suspension or tire

I started noticing a noise near my front left tire a few days ago. It sounds almost like I have a flat tire. And the front end is vibrating some. Is my front end out of alignment? Tire problem? Shocks? Something else? I have no idea. I thought maybe the tire is unbalanced. It seems like it is bouncing up and down sometimes. Thanks for any ideas.

Is it a 4x4 and if it is it could be the hub bearing is shot. you can do the repair yourself, bearing is around 180.00 per side. Do a search here.

It's not a 4x4. Just a regular 4x2. I have a part-time job as a rural carrier. And I use the truck to run the route. I don't know if the front end needs aligning or if it's something else.

If it came about suddenly, you may want to check the tire carefully for a "bubble" in the tread. I had this happen in our BMW last winter - tread separation had formed a lump about the size of a pocket watch, and that wheel was slapping like crazy.

Well I did notice today, that some of the tread is starting to seperate. The tire's are BFG all terrain AT's. Or something like that. The seperation is very small. And I didn't see any tread hanging out from the tire. I'm going to go buy some new ones tomorrow.
