Question AIM Suspension feedback?

I am looking to drop my new 03 SCrew, last one I had was dropped with the full ROUSH suspension kit, but now I think I want a more friendly suspension system. Considering AIR bags, or just at least getting an adjustable front control arm for best alignment possible.

Has anyone used AIM suspension components? Good, bad or other? Better susgestions for a great ride and better looks/handling?

Thanks

Please stay away from AIM, the quality of there products is very low and they may seem cheaper but they jack up the shipping charges on everything and the customer service is awful and you will need to use the customer service because most of the time they send you the wrong stuff anyway.

I wouldn't use them for control arms, rear hangers maybe, but not control arms. Get the Western Chassis arms, they cost more but the quality is worth it. Don't skimp on chassis parts. Cheaper is not always better.

I don't know what you mean by a more friendly suspension than Roush(components made by Ground Force...not bad). I've used Aim/ChassisTech for years with no problems...even no alignment issues. I currently have 40K mi on a 4/6 drop of theirs and just got some of their Airwaves to install soon. The powder coat still looks good too. I've heard of many people having problems though. You just need to do your research and know more than their salespeople(not hard to do). They are trained to sell what is on hand, not what the customer may want. If in doubt, use DJM or Western Chassis, both have great reputations. Hope this helps....good luck with whatever you choose.

AIM is the Devil.

Seriously, stay far away from them. I have seen many cases where their products have failed. Including a few spindles the broke at highway speed.
That and they charge 3x what shipping normally is. Then send the wrong product. Then demand a 35% restocking fee to fix their mess-up.

Good luck with the Airwaves..... they dont have the same sealing as the Air Ride Technologies ShockWaves. And they bend REAL easy.

I have had my fair share of bad experiences with AIM. The spindles they sent were defective and they refused to take them back. What kind of buisness is that? Stay far away!!! I like the procomp lift for the 2wd, it said to be strong.
