Anyone replaced upper control arms yet?

I've been having alignment problems...had my 2wd SuperCrew aligned 4 times in the last 20000 miles. Took it to a Bear Frame & Wheel shop...they offered a free assessment and they told me that both upper ball joints were loose and the idler was shot. Quoted $750 to replace these items with Moog parts, install a caster/camber kit, and align it.

Here's the kicker...I've got 40000 miles on it...still under ESP warranty.

In preparation for an appt with Ford, I would like to know, from other 2-wheelers, if you've had to have replacements on:

1. upper control arms
2. idler arm
3. pitman arm
4. lower ball joints
5. tie-rods

.....and at what mileage were you at when you had them replaced and what year F150 you have?

Thanks a bunch!

Kevin
