Need some help guys. My truck makes a clunk sound when I am backing up a driveway. I will let off the gas then give it some, let off the gas and give it some. everytime I do this it sounds like my front end is going to come out. It also makes a squeeking sound when ever the suspension has to give a little. But I think I can fix that with a greasing needle. I have no idea where to get these needles by the way. I'm concerned that Ford didn't put more than 2 grease fittings under my truck. I need to know what to check first. Thanks.
