I recently purchased a 1991 F 150 4x4 , it either has 2 or3 inch suspension lift . when i got the truck the steering wheel is upside down. is this because of the lift? if so can anyone tell me how to fix it? thanks , Dan

 

I would check the connection at the Steering Gearbox. That may have gotten disconnected during the lifting. It shold be fairly easy to fix, just remove the bolts, spin the wheel, and replace bolts. Hope this helps.
