Post Torsion Bar Mod

Can someone explain how you do this torsion bar modification? Does it lift only one end of the truck?
Will it cause any damage in the long run
thanks

Just do a search for "torsion bars" and you'll get all the poop you ever wanted to know about this topic. Basically, it can lift the front about an inch (max), make the front end feel "stiffer" and even out the balance of your rig if it is lower on one side or the other. I turned mine only 1 crank just to see what it would do. Lifted it about 1/4"-1/2" and stiffend up the front end some. I think I'll just leave it like this.
