Post noise from front end

my truck(see sig) makes a loud clunking noise everytime i take a small speed bump or whenever im making a pretty sharp turn. i went under the truck and could find no loose bolts. just had the ball joints replaced. any ideas on what this could be? this noise is really driving me nuts and im worried that one day something might come loose in the highway or something. any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I had a grinding noise in the left front once that occurred ususally in a right turn and sometimes in a straight line. Turned out to be a piece of broken brake pad causing the problem. Considerably different sound that your truck but could a brake problem be the culprit?

i figured it out! it was the steering arm that connects to the end of the steering rod. the arm was almost broken. i replaced it and the noise is gone. im glad i found it now, rather than it breaking on me while going at like 70 mph in the highway. thanks for all your suggestions guys!
