I know this is not suspension but it pertains to lifting a bit =)

I have 315`s and went w/ the 4.56`s. I never actually realized how much power I lost until I picked up my truck yesterday. It actually feels pretty peppy again and it looks like it might have helped the mileage a bit. If the mileage was improved, and with gas prices the way they have been, this mod probably paid for itself (kinda)

I also found that lower gears actually increased the mileage of the Expedition. Doesn't seem logical, but getting the engine back into the "power band" really helps.
