Red face Front end squeak on bumps

I'm suffering with a high pitched squeak upon hitting any bump with right front wheel, I've
lubed everything I can but squeak persists- while crawling around looking to lube more I discovered a bright metalic silver goo on the lower side of right caliper, It may be some crap I slung up off the road but I'm wondering If maybe the sealed wheel bearing could be leaking but am yet to pull the wheel and I know the rotor is locked on. So my first question is does anyone know what the bearing lube would look like if leaking.
My second is does anyone have any advice on removing the rotor- Service at the dealer says locked up rotors are very common on these 4x4's and suggested torch cutting it off.
Any input will be much appreciated.
