Cool JDm- questions about your lift

I saw that you had coil spacers on your truck and how much are they? I want to have a similar setup to yours and run 35's. Also, how much was your spindle lift and is it possible to install these two things on your own? If not, how much was installation? Sorry for all the Q's--thanks a bunch.

Kyle

I did mine with a 3" body lift for 120.00 and 3 " lift spindles for 459.00 and 3" lift coils and upper a frames and 4 Pro comp shocks and a Helliwig sway bar for another 450.00 for a total lift of 9 inches and only a little over 1,ooo.oo. I have 35 " x 12.5x17 on it and it looks great too.

The coil spacers are like $20 buck at autozone or pepboys.
Spindle lift was $780 for parts (had it installed for free during a speacal promotion at 4wheelparts.)
I did not do any of the suspension installation myself for fear of F$@!ing it up.

coil spacers are like 7 bucks for teh rubber and 70 bucks for a pair of polyeurethane. I got the poly's cause they are suppose to be alot better. As for instalation i believe you need just a coil compresso to get them in there and after that i would suggest gettten the procomp es3000 cause they have internal bumper stops since there really isnt a shock sized right for a spacer lift. Im very impressed with the coil spacers. The body lift I've been told its a *itch. Something like 14 hours with air tools and 2 guys if you havent done it before...down to like 6 or 8 if you guys know what you're doing.

Hillrod- you got 3inch coils, and A arms and shocks with a sway bar for 450? Cause that is so damned cheap its not funny, seriously. Ive heard aim can get down there in price...how do you like the ride with the coils...bearable on street and freeway use?

Hillrod, do you have any pics of your truck? Also, how is the ride with the spacers?

With the new shocks and spacers put in.....not a damn thing is different...except the shocks make less body roll and handle bumps are jarrs better.
