everytime i come to a stop or slow down i hear this popping noise, it kind of sounds plasticy, but that is probably because it is out side the cab of the truck, any ideals?

 

Does it sound inside, outside? Can you hear it better with the windows down, up?? Will it do it backing up? Front or back of truck? This will help isolate it.

it seems to besounding like it is inside, but i can't really tell and when i roll down the windows i havben't herd it yet, but it is too hot to roll down the windows here. and i think it has done it once when i was backing up.
