Post Suspension Squeak

I have a 97 2WD Supercab with the Ground Force 2"x4" drop and have had a constant squeak from the suspension for some time now and have taken it to a couple of places. All I am told is it is the bushing and there isn't much I can do. Any one had similiar problems and if so any solutions? I was wondering if it might be the shocks?

I had the same problem and thought it was bushings so I ordered a set of prothane bushings. Before they came I got my son under the truck and found the squeak was comming form ball joints. I used a needle on my grease gun and greased the ball joint. The noise stopped immediately.
