Just did 2/4 drop on a 99, need info on Belltech brackets

So like the title says, I recently did a 2/4 drop on a 99 std cab automatic truck, Belltech 2" drop coils, hangers, and shackles.

However the kit didnt come with instructions, and Belltechs site is useless, so I have a question about a bracket that I have left over.

Its a little L bracket thing, with a hole on each leg, and a small bolt/nut. Im going to assume that its for some sort of relocation for the parking brake, but where should it go? I had to release the cable from the first stay on the frame to get the parking brake assembly back onto the raised hanger, so right now the truck is without a parking brake.

Any pics would be great, but if no one has any, just try to describe where its supposed to go. I was going to drill a hole in the frame or body and bolt it there but I wanted to find out exactly what its for first..thanks.

The hanger kit from Western Chassis gives instructions on how to modify the stock plate when necessary. The Western hangers are designed slightly different than the Belltech. Let us know what yo find out. Extra parts...not always fun.
