Post Improved ride quality

I would like your opinions on how to improve the ride qaulity of my F150 XLT 4X4 Crew Cab. it seems when there is no weight in the back it is quite harsh even over the smallest of cracks and it feels like the back end goes side to side. When I transport my Motorcycle in the back it rides nice any suggestions besides leaving my bike in the back.

Two words: Edelbrock shocks. They won't make it ride like a Cadillac, but it will be greatly improved!
