well, I decided to test the limits of my 4wd in the snow last night and I hit a curb pretty good (Hard enough to pop the tire right off my rim and wind up over the curb).

my question is, how much can these front ends take? I put the spare on and it drives ok as far as I can tell but still worried.

IMHO, if you hit it hard enough to pop the tire off the rim, you should get an alignment. Check the rim carefully too, make sure there is no damage there.

The rim is in perfect condition, not even a scratch.. totally hard to believe the way I hit it too..

guess I'm woriied about serious front-end damage, but I would'nt even be able to drive it if that were the case right?

anyone do any front end damage and still drive it around town?
