recall

has anyone taken there truck in for that ford recall about the steering link, it cam out about a month ago, i was wondering how long did the ford dealership take?

i changed mine myself, before the recall was out, in about an hour. the dealership should be able to do it in 30 min or less.

Makes you wonder if the 04's will have problems being a first year production run...

Thanks for the info. I guess my 99' was not affected. Guess I just need a 12 to 1 constant ratio steering gear box (that no one makes).
