SHIM install
Gotta tell ya, after having installed the hangers, my truck had an annoying ever-so-slight vibration even though I am only at a 3" rear drop.
Had a problem deciding if I should put in 4 degree or 2 degree shims. 2 degree shims looked almost worthless so I bought the 4's. Well, it took some effort and a couple trips to the hardware store to get the right size bolts to replace the stock leaf spring center bolts...but I got them in.
WHOA, what a difference. Smooth as silk... no more slightly shaky launches and it (being an automatic) shifts more smoothly with the driveline "in line" as it should be. It was worth the minimal effort for sure.
Stull bumper billet en route from Summit this week!
