Question Squeak coming from rear

My 98 reg cab started to have a squeak coming from what sounds like the rear wheels. The sound "squeak go in and out with what souns like a rotation. I've had the drums turned and trued but haven't replaced the pads yet. I've already done the fronts so I know it's not them. It squeaks even when the breaks aren't being applied and at what sounds like about all speeds. I though either a u-joint? or a wheel bearing? Any ideas? It has been lowered 3" in the rear and 2 in the front with coils and hangers. Thanks to all.
