Yep, I had a problem with my cable modem, and when I took the old one back, they gave me a new modem with a different MAC address, and thus, I was told a new account. I'll upload the pictures right after I get through typing this and re-post them here.

Now, if we con only convince our cable company here in central Illinois to start installing cable modems again, I'd be much happier! They had some many problmes in the last year, they stopped new installations.
