Question Torque specs for cab & bed mounts with 3" body lift?

Well I finally got the chance to work on the P.A. 3" body lift. I'm to the point where the the bed and cab bolts are loosened. Can anyone tell me the torque rating on the body and bed mounts? I talked to the local Ford service rep and he told me:
cab= 60 ft. pounds
bed= 50 ft. pounds
Is this correct? It seems alittle low. Thanks.
Bill

Not sure of the torque # , but I know that I just used Loctite and snugged them down real good. None have loosened up in over a year.

Thanks Squanto,
Maybe you can answer another question for me. I notice after installing the steering extension, it has some play in it. Even though the bolt is fully tightened. I remember a few had this problem. Is there a fix for this?

I did torque mine the same way Squanto did.

As for the steering column extension I had to work with it a couple of times before finally having it tight and making no noises. It may look like it is well tighten but it help doing it over again.

My problem with the steering extension was that it was too small to fit onto the shaft. I had to use a Dremmel and grind it down just till it fit snuggly. I did notice a little play in it a couple weeks later and rechecked the allen screw that tightens it down. Like JMTruck said, I thought it was tight also, but after trying agian, it did tighten even further, I had to really crank it down. But no other problems since. Does your extension have alot of play in it?
As far as using loctite, they make different grades of loctite, just use the medium strenght(blue), not the permanent grade.

Cool

There's just alittle play in the extension. I'll try taking it out and retighting the clamp again.
Will say this, It's alot easier than I thought it would be. The instructions make alot more sense while you're working on the truck.
