Sorry if this is in the wrong category.. Well what does STX mean and what is the difference between STX and I guess and XLT package?

You're lucky Rich, on some sites posting in the wrong Forum is punishable by caning.
In '98 the STX package was an option on the XLT. It included
Body-color grille, grille surround, bumpers and power mirrors, STX decal, 3.55 rear axle ratio, 275/60R17 tires, alloy wheels. It was a $421 option (invoice).
I believe in '99 you could get an STX package on the XL as well. Now, I think they call it the 'Sport' package.
