torsion bars

how safe is torsion bar cranking to raise the truck, and how much can i do safely . can 35's fit after. just trying to aviod spending 1500 on suspension lifts

If your talking about an f150 than no, I think 33's are the biggest you wil fit with stock. If all you want is big tires for looks than get a body lift. Much cheaper. Depending on what gears you have 35's will kill your performance.

I've seen ppl fit 35s without lifts. But, it's a pretty tight fit. You should go put some fiberglass on, and then you can fit 35s without any cranking.
